To book an appointment, please check if your GP practice is listed in the dropdown menu. If your GP is listed, you can proceed with booking your blood test. If your GP is not listed but you are interested in taking part in the study, please contact your GP practice to ask if they are participating. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept bookings from patients whose GP practices are part of the study.
